About Our Faith & Vision
Who are we?
We are a Bible-believing, Spirit-filled church dedicated to Building the Body of Christ One Person at a Time. We teach that Jesus is the Son of God and stand firmly on Romans 10:8–10, believing that by confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart, you will be saved. We also believe in the power and present-day gifts of the Holy Ghost.
Are all welcome at Cornerstone?
Absolutely! The doors of our church are open to everyone, regardless of your background or where you are in life. We do not judge; we demonstrate the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. While we faithfully preach the truth of God's Word against all sin, our mission is to lovingly direct every person to Christ.
Service & Location Details
When and where are your services held?
We gather for worship every Saturday morning at our new sanctuary:
Location: 763 Genesee, Buffalo, NY 14211
- 9:30 AM: Intercessory Prayer
- 9:55 AM: Worship Service
How long is the service?
Our service typically lasts about 90 minutes. You can expect dynamic praise and worship, powerful prayer, and an encouraging, Bible-based message from Pastor Duane Price.
Can I watch online if I can't attend in person?
Yes! You can join our live stream on our website, Facebook, or catch past messages on our official YouTube channel and through our Tithely mobile app.
Visiting & Logistics
Is there parking available?
Yes! We have convenient street parking along Genesee Street. Because our main services are held on Saturday mornings, parking is plentiful and easy to find.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are! We do not require any specific dress code. We only ask that everyone dresses respectfully and in modest apparel.
Are children welcome in the service?
Yes, children and families are always welcome to worship together in the main sanctuary!
Getting Connected
How do I fill out a visitor or welcome card?
If you are visiting for the first time, you can complete our digital welcome card right here on our website under the "I'm New" tab, or fill out a physical welcome card in the sanctuary.
How can I stay updated on church news and events?
You can stay connected 24/7 by downloading our official church app powered by Tithely! You can also fill out our Membership Form to receive our regular text and email updates from Pastor Duane and the Hospitality team.
