Streetlamps Over Spotlights
Text: Matthew 5:14-16; Colossians 3:22-24
Focus: Operating as visible light through structural service.
The Core Idea: Jesus didn't tell the world to listen to our theology; He told them to see our good works (Ergon). A spotlight shines on a performer, but a streetlamp illuminates a dark path for the community. Week 5 is a direct challenge to the church to stop chasing religious spotlights and start functioning as streetlamps in Buffalo.
