Part 1: God's Absolute Ownership
To understand biblical giving, we must first recognize that God owns absolutely everything.
- Psalm 24:1 declares, "The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein".
- Haggai 2:8 reminds us, "'The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,' says the LORD of hosts".
- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reveals that believers "were bought at a price" and are not their own.
Because God created the earth and its resources, all wealth traces back to Him. We are simply stewards and tenants managing the Creator's property
